Dental Hygienist needed in our dental office

JOB DESCRIPTION

Full service general dental practice looking for detail-oriented, energetic, patient care driven and dependable dental hygienist who has a positive attitude and quality work ethic. Multiple years of dental hygiene experience preferred. Must be easily adaptable and comfortable in very fast-paced environment, and have experience in digital x-rays, intra-oral cameras, patient education, and laser assisted ScRp. Out team and patients are excellent and we require another excellent addition to our dental family.
 
Pay ranger $40 to 47 per hour DOE and skills

 Requirements:
 • X ray Certified is required
 • Anesthesia Certified required
 • Laser Certified is required
 • Ability to understand treatment needs and provide accurate documentation for this treatment
 • Comfort in directing patients to receive diagnosed treatment
 • Dentrix experience a plus
 • Current Dental Hygiene License
 • Keep patient chart / x-rays / continuing care updated to standard of care and accurate
 • Improve patient care with necessary treatment while also adding to the practice
 • Comfortable discussing recommended treatment and helping patients to move forward with necessary treatment

 • Review patient charts prior to visits to check for unscheduled treatment

 • Will follow doctor and practice directives relating to patients / office / fellow workers
 • Enjoys participating in the care of patients with complex dental care

We are looking for someone who wants to manage hygiene while implementing the protocol we have found to be successful. Candidate must be gentle, compassionate, self reliant, personable, have a strong drive to make hygiene successful, excellent customer relation skills and must want to be a team player who enjoys helping other staff at all times. A successful candidate would have a true desire for the entire office to be successful while treating their patients with the highest level of care in a boutique style dental office.
