We are a high quality; well established, privately owned dental practice in North Central Phoenix (near 16th St and Missouri Ave). We are seeking an exceptional, self-motivated front office administrator that displays a positive attitude and is a team player.

This position is Monday-Friday, 40 hours, schedule as follows:
Mondays 7am-3pm
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 7am-4:30pm
Fridays 7am-12:30pm

 

Duties: Greeting Patients, managing hygiene recall on a daily basis, answering phones, scheduling appointments, collecting patient co-pays, insurance verification, and preparing treatment plans (as needed).

 

We are seeking someone that has a good understanding of dentistry, is a self-starter, and can multi-task. We believe in giving our patients an exceptional experience.

Must have at least 2 years dental front office experience.

Must be proficient in Dentrix Software. 

Experience with Yapi is a plus.
