Our thriving general dentist practice located in Gilbert is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.
Who We Are
We're a tight knit family practice with an emphasis on cosmetic dentistry. We are a patient-centered office, meaning, our patients are like family to us, and so is our staff. We run a busy schedule but never overbook patients and we keep our work atmosphere positive and uplifting. We provide training to employees and help each employee set goals.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for another friendly face to greet and check-in patients. Experience with Eaglesoft a plus, but not required. Ability to multi task and willingness to improve and grow with our office.

Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in patients
- Answer phones
- Respond to patient billing and financial questions
- Calculating fees for dental treatment
- Assisting with treatment coordinating as needed
- Assisting office manager
