Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator for Private Oral Surgery Office

Boutique style private oral surgery office is seeking a friendly, professional, and experienced receptionist/treatment coordinator to join our wonderful team. This is full-time position. We are looking for an individual with great communication skills, professional, and someone who works well in a team environment.

We are open Monday - Friday 8am-4pm (hours may vary)

Responsibilities/Duties:
-Answering phones
-Excellent customer communication
-Scheduling Appointments
-Create Patient Accounts
-Verifying insurance
-Dental terminology
-Input/Present Surgical cases to patients
-Experience with Dental Billing
-OSHA and HIPPA certified recommended but will train.
-The most important requirement of this position is the ability to genuinely serve our patients on every level, including the ability to enhance patient satisfaction and increase office efficiency.

Qualifications:
High School or equivalent
Dental Experience (1-2 years)
Customer Service Experience (1-2 years)
Receptionist (1 year)
