JOB DESCRIPTION

Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

We have a long-term, dental family and are looking to add another dental family team member.

Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a front office lead and would be responsible for a variety of front office duties. This candidate must have knowledge of Dentrix and dental insurance billing and posting. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills are important. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be highly motivated and organized.

Responsibilities

File insurance claim forms for completed dental care, determine billing codes, and follow up with dental insurance companies
Calculate fees, coordinate financial agreements, and process payments
Update patient charts/records with xrays, treatment plants and insurance information
Oversee the duties of daily office operations and direct team meetings
Maintain a clean and welcoming dental front desk area, coordinate vendors, dental labs and suppliers, and order front desk supplies
Greet patients warmly, help them fill out forms, and advised them of office policies and patient care procedures
Schedule, cancel and reschedule patient appointments and make reminder phone calls as needed
Attend to patients on the phone and in person.

COVID-19 vaccination is required.
