Job Description

We are looking for a front office superstar!!

Our office is PPO/FFS only. One doc, an office manager, one front office person (you), three hygienists and two assistants. We have a great team but we are missing one piece of our puzzle. Our hours are Mon. 7-3:30, Tue. 9:30-6:00, Wed. 7-3:30 and Thurs. 7-3:30. In our office, there is no pressure to sell. We are honest with our patients and offer things they would benefit from, but we aren't a sales office. This is only one of the reasons we have such long term hygienists.

A qulified candidate will possess these skills:

At least one year of dental front office experience

Insurance experience (PPO)

Be a self starter that can reliably multitask

Greet all patients with a warm, friendly smile. Answer phones in a timely manner, make recare/treatment calls, schedule appointments, check in/out patients and be a team player that is happy to assist any other team member in a time of need.

Eaglesoft experience is great, but not necessary.
