Dental Assistant needed in our dental office

We are a busy single-doctor general dentistry practice in the Quad Cities, seeking to hire a dental assistant who is outgoing, professional, and reliable. Applicants should be passionate about personalized patient care, eager to learn new techniques, and skilled in chairside procedures as well as modern dental technology. We seek a team player with a excellent communication skills and a great chairside manner. Applicants should be versatile in the practice, with good radiographic and oral scanning skills. Experience is preferred, but applicants should expect significant on-the-job training, some of which will require travel, paid for by the practice. Our office uses high tech equipment, yet we maintain close relationships with our patients and provide personalized care. The job requires chairside assisting, digital radiography (panorex, bite wings, and cone beam CT), direct patient care, data collection and entry in Eaglesoft, intraoral and extraoral photography, inventory, sterilization, scanning and printing models, lab work, room turnover, and scheduling/phone answering help as needed.
