Multi-Specialty Dental Group Practice seeking an experienced front office manager. Applicant must have experience with all specialties i.e.; Cosmetics, Restorative, Implant, Perio, O.S., Endo and Pedo. We value honesty, good work ethics and dedication. QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum 3-5 years of dental office management experience required • Knowledge of HIPAA Compliance Standards required • Advanced knowledge and use of dental terminology required • Hands-on experience Dentrix • Proficiency in 3rd party financing RESPONSIBILITIES: • Focus on increasing revenue and profits while controlling costs to meet or exceed monthly budgets • Maximizing patient flow and productivity • Ensuring all office team members deliver an unequalled patient experience • Coaching and mentoring staff members to help them achieve their highest levels of potential and accountability • Work closely with Managing Dentists and Associates to promote clinical and administrative leadership • Support growth throughout the practice Benefits include: Medical Insurance, Vacation Pay, Sick Pay, Holiday Pay, Monthly Bonuses, Compensation D.O.E.
