Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk with experience for an opportunity to join our dedicated team. Dental assisting experience is welcome.

Who We're Looking For:
A smart, mature, and well-organized individual who is...
Able to provide excellent customer service to a steady flow of patients checking in and out.
Must have excellent phone etiquette and is able to manage multiple phone lines.
A fast learner who is detail oriented and comfortable with Mac computers.
Must have a professional appearance and demeanor.
Someone who can work well individually and with the team.
An individual who can multitask and work well under pressure
Responsibilities
• Check patients both in and out
• Answer multi phone line
• Scheduling for 3 doctors and 2 hygienists
• Communicate both by text and email
• Collect copays and unpaid balances
• Check the status of insurance as well as get eligibility breakdowns and enter them into the computer
• Bill insurances via ECS as well as snail-mail with attachments and narratives if needed
• Communicate with other practices regarding referrals
• Treatment coordinating and sending out or going over estimates
