-       Maintain an exceptional patient experience

-       Create and execute written plans, working closely with the dentist to align efforts with vision

-       Review schedule and patient charts

-       Ensure the team stays on schedule, finding opportunities to optimize when possible

-       Manage staff by meeting frequently with them on an individual basis, assessing how they are doing, identifying any needs for support or training, and following up as needed 

-       Encourage staff to reach their goals

-       Review the accounts receivable and ensure that past due accounts are followed up on

-       Quickly answer communications and file all communication daily

 

-       Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

-       Adaptive, effective communication and interpersonal skills

-       Attention to detail and thorough, with high standard of quality

-       Work well with others

-       Follow through on responsibilities

-       Ability to generate excitement and action in others

-       Self-driven and able to work independently

 

-       5 years dental experience is preferred (experience as office manager a plus)
