Job Description

We are looking for a Long term temp for a high end general and cosmetic office and are looking for someone for at least a month starting 1/15/2020. The candidate must possess great customer service skills, highly knowledgeable with insurance and entering insurance into Dentrix, professional and can work in a fast pace environment and answer multiple phone lines. Candidate will be responsible and dependable. Duties include but are not limited to scheduling and making sure the schedule is correct and all information is entered into the system, confirming, answering phones, printing huddle information, and all scheduled patients are greeted and checked in on time. Duties are not all listed.
