Dental Receptionist / Front Desk needed in our dental office

Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Front Desk for an opportunity to join our energetic and fun-loving team. We are a fee-for-service office with state of the art equipment. Who We're Looking For
-Strong knowledge of insurance (PPOs)
-Excellent telephone skills and customer service
-Detail-oriented and ability to manage time properly
-High level of integrity and professionalism
-Positive attitude and always smiling
-Team player
-Computer skills
-Knowledge of dental terminology
-Knowledge of Dentrix is a plus
-Equivalent to high school diploma or GED

Responsibilities
 -Schedule appointments
 -Answer telephones
 -Have the ability to read and analyze insurance plans and financial information
 -Post payments and charges to patient accounts
 -Educate patients on treatment and payment options
 -Have a thorough knowledge of dental operations
 -Work with doctor and team members to ensure patient satisfaction
