Dental Assistant needed in our dental office

A to Zzz Dental Clinic, a very unique dental office that treats everyone, including the special needs population.

We are a private dental practice specializing in sleep dentistry in Cypress that is seeking a self-motivated, organized, and friendly RDA to join our highly trained team. If you are optimistic, energetic, proactive and a problem solver, we want to talk to you! The ideal applicant will be a team player, be kind and compassionate to our patients, have great communication skills, be proficient in taking x-rays. Please send resume and cover letters via email.

Required Skills/Attributes: Minimum of 1 years of RDA experience.

Equivalent to high school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Computer literate in dental software (preferably Dentrix).Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a MUST. Be a team player with the ability to work independently. Great organization and multi-tasking skills.

Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills required. Knowledgeable in dental terminology.

As a RDA you will:

Assist the doctor chairside in all aspects of general dentistry and general anesthesia.

Take digital x-rays utilizing a computer software program.

Have experience in sterilization procedures by OSHA standards.

Clean and maintain a safe and sterile work environment.

Clean, maintain, and set-up dental equipment.

Restock and assist in ordering supplies.

Assist in the Front Office as needed.
