Outgoing, friendly with an eye for details. Must be an expert at keeping the schedule full and sane. :) Fee for service and PPO ( no HMO). Have complete understanding of Insurance nuances (coverage/ limitations, down grades, not covered, maximums, claim verification, etc.). Run morning huddles, establish practice goals, comfortable with presenting treatment plans that can well exceed insurance benefits. You should have an extensive knowledge of Dentrix, E-services, demand force, etc. Please have and have a history of long term positions. Our focus is on long term patient relationships.
