Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RDA to join our team. We are a private office that focuses on patient care. We are looking for a candidate that is either willing to be temporary (3 months) to cover a maternity leave or someone that is eager to join our team for a longer period of time. Responsibilities

Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
Take digital X-rays
Sterilize and maintain dental equipment and instruments
Educate patients on oral hygiene and after care instructions
Keep patient records and maintain patient confidentiality
communicate effectively with patients, dental team and office staff
maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
help to create a welcoming and friendly environments

Qualifications

Must be an RDA with a current license in the state of CA
Strong organizational and time managment sills
Excellent communication skills
familiarity with dental software and digital xrays
Knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control protocols
