Hygiene Coordinator - an expert with Dentrix software, great customer service skills, and hygiene recare experience. High pace, high demand, and high expectations dental office. Cosmetic dentistry experience is a plus. Two locations: Scottsdale and Downtown Phoenix. We are looking for a highly motivated team member to help us with our hygiene demand and keeping our hygiene schedule filled. Amazing staff and looking for another Team Player to add to our team. Compensation Packet Includes: Monthly Bonus: You will participate in our monthly bonus program, which awards you for helping the practice meet its performance goals. Health Benefits: Insurance with affordable deductible options covers you, your spouse and your children. Eligible the first of the month following 90 days employment. Dental Benefits: FREE preventative, restorative and cosmetic dentistry for you, your spouse or domestic partner and your children, just pay lab fees. 20% off discount to your extended family. There may be additional fees for implants, implant supported prosthesis, orthodontics, dental sleep medicine -- please inquire. Paid Time Off: 8 paid holidays per year. In addition, after 1 year of service, 1 week of PTO is available. After 2 years of service, 2 weeks of PTO is available. (Additional time off may be taken unpaid with supervisor’s approval.)
