We are looking for a outgoing, energetic and organized candidate who has both front and back office experience. Excellent customer service is our top priority! This family dental practice has been treating patients in downtown Phoenix for 100 years. Candidate must know Dentrix, be able to submit insurance and schedule appointments. On occasion, candidate will be asked to take x-rays and assist Dr. Pafford. This position is perfect for a candidate looking for a friendly, caring environment where you can feel good about the care we provide to our valued patients each day. We have lots of long-time loyal patients who enjoy going to the dentist and interacting with staff. 5 years of experience is preferred. Pay DOE Job Description Greet patients Assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation Verify and update patient health history/insurance Inform patients of dental office procedures and policy Move patients through appointments as scheduled Enter all relevant patient information into data system Maintain and manage patient records in compliance with privacy and security regulations Answer and manage incoming calls Schedule patient appointments Confirm upcoming appointments and recalls according to office protocol Check daily appointment schedule Billing/Reports Required Work Experience Knowledge of Dentix Radiology Certified At least 5 years of experience Bilingual (Not necessary but preferred) Monday- Thursday 7:45 am-5:00 pm/Friday 9-2 pm
