We are seeking a positive and upbeat Front Office Coordinator to join our team. Candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all guests have a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and Check patients and answer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
Answering phones and scheduling appointments.
Verifying insurance eligibility and billing insurance.
Ensure the front desk is organized and presentable at all times.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
