Our office excels through the confluence of high-tech and high standard of patient care - all enabled through a stellar staff, quality instrumentation and efficient protocols. We are getting 51 NEW patients a month from our admittedly low key marketing campaign. This will double or triple as we have tripled our marketing budget for Aug - Dec this year. Advanced Dentistry is a fast growing practice and is looking for an enthusiastic, capable and ambitious dental associate to take on the additional load. You will start with one/two day/s of new patients and then more days can be added based on production ability with new patients that you see. The clinic is fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology and designed to ensure that our providers can do their best most efficiently. You will benefit from a trained staff of qualified dental assistants, treatment coordinators and hygienists to facilitate the high standard of care we provide to our patients. Our practice currently focuses on general dentistry, implants, ortho, cosmetic services, extractions and sedation, and open to incorporate any specialization you bring to the table. The office is fully equipped with five new Adec 500/532 operatories, W&H hand pieces, along with digital x-rays and I/O scanner. We have everything in place for you to shine and grow as a provider and will keep adding more! If you can critically diagnose, effectively convey your findings to the patient and our treatment coordinators, you and the office will have a long-term mutually beneficial relationship. Requirements: -Minimum of 1-year experience practicing dentistry -Stellar bedside manner and high ethical standard of conduct -Ability to diagnose treatment and effectively communicate that treatment to the patient and front office -Strong leadership and communication skills -Deep sense of ownership for all clinical procedures -Must be comfortable with digital dentistry and other digital tools -Provide services with an understanding of medical diseases such as cancer, diabetes, and heart disease as they relate to the care and treatment of teeth -Assist in the development of dental policies and procedures for our office -Other duties as assigned Salary - negotiable, based on experience and working interview Do check out our website (www.advdentistry.com) and our great Google reviews (www.g.page/Advanced-Dentistry-Scottsdale). A note on COVID-19: Aside from following stringently infection control recommendations from CDC and ADA, Advanced Dentistry has installed Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiation lamps in our HVAC system to clean the air along with two extra-oral suction devices (containing HEPA filters and UVGI lamps) to contain and cleanse aerosols while performing dental procedures. We believe in going above and beyond recommendations from the government for the safety of our patients and staff. All our staff is has been through COVID-19 training and are fully certified.
