Job Description

Looking for a personable, dependable, friendly, honest, goal oriented treatment coordinator for an established private practice general dental office. Doctor owned & operated. Duties include presenting & scheduling treatment to all patients, financial arrangements, keeping both DR & hygiene schedules optimized, insurance benefit verification, collection of monies owed day of service, phones, run daily huddle, and the ability & enthusiasm to schedule based on monthly production goals. Must enjoy patient care AND the challenge of meeting monthly production goals. No AR duties. Position has a rover that can help with heavier patient flow when needed. Pleasant, down to earth, honest general practice with reasonable & obtainable production goals. Looking for a long term commitment to join our caring, great team!

COVID-19 considerations

Staff:KN95 masks, gowns, faceshields, temp/symptom checks, no penalty sick call outs.
Patients:wait in car, temp/symptom checks prior & DOS, masks until in operatory, isolite systems, Covid-19 tests if cannot tolerate isolite. Zero Covid-19 exposures YTD.
