We are a one doctor advanced restorative practice looking to add to our front office team in Denver, CO. Hey, we're a nice bunch of people here having fun while providing the best dentistry in Denver! Want to join us??
You will need to have excellent people skills as well as the ability to multi-task. We are seeking an team player who has experience with all aspects of the front office and Dentrix. Great communication skills and attention to detail are a must.
We offer health insurance and PTO.
No late hours or weekends!
Responsibilities
• Greet and check in patients in a friendly manner
• Maintain a full schedule of patients daily
• Assist patients with understanding and accepting their clinical diagnosis
• Calculate fees for dental treatment
• Coordinate financial agreements for the patients financial responsibility of dental treatment
• Responding to patient billing or financial inquiries, directing to appropriate departments, as necessary.
• Know every aspect of dental insurance
• Check and respond to voicemails and emails left for the office and social media posting.
Qualifications
• Prior dental front office experience is required
• Dentrix is required
• Highly effective verbal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professionalism in all aspects of job
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
