Dental Assistant or RDA

The right candidate must have a self-driven personality and willingness to learn, ability to multitask, strong organizational skills and high level of attention to details. Candidate must work fast and have a good clinical knowledge in general, cosmetic dentistry and implantology, be able to resolve issues and work on your own. 

Duties would include the following in addition to your scope of license skills: 
- An absolute MUST is a happy, bubbly and caring personality (if this isn't you, PLEASE don't apply). 
- Adapting to our ever changing and improving practice is also a MUST. 
- Assisting the doctor for a productive and fluid schedule 
- Greet patients and develop life-long relationships "know our patients" 
- Manage multiple ongoing tasks, some repetitive, some mutating as business builds 
- You must be willing to learn some "sales" skills as they are taught 
- Continue to improve communication skills with current training 
- You must be a pleasant personality, well-maintained, well-groomed and professionally presentable
