Dental Receptionist

We are seeking a person that is dependable, always able to come to work when scheduled, and someone that does not have issues that would prohibit making it to work on a daily basis when scheduled. We need someone that is always happy at work, friendly, great communication skills and able to work at a busy dental office.

We need someone with dental office experience and light training will be done. We need someone that has experience with the Dentrix Dental software, you are able to answer phones, able to answer questions for new patients calling into the office as well as being able to answer dental questions and account questions. You have to have experience to speak about dental procedures with patients and able to close treatment plans presented to the patient by the doctor. Also have to accept and post payments.

Someone that is professional and proper work attire and someone well groomed and presentable as you are the first person to be seen when people walk into the office. Salary is dependent on experience and performance.

Requiring 1 year dental experience, Dentrix knowledge.

Proper PPE provided, and front reception area has plexiglass for protection
