DentrixJob Description
Copper State Dentistry, which recently purchased the Stott Family Dentistry location, is looking for a dentist to lead our clinical team. Practice is owned solely by a local dental broker who is actively involved in the day-to-day operations on the business side including being present at the office with the team. Looking to grow the practice with a like-minded individual.
Opportunity
Four operatory location with about 900-1000 active patients. Historically has been bread and butter office, but would like to expand services for the right dentist.
Currently open two days a week, but would like to get to at least three and possibly four with dentist having full time hours. Owner is committed to marketing for additional new patients for dentist to work with. Practice has historically only been word of mouth with little marketing efforts. This is a unique opportunity to be the face of a private practice where the owner is a business guy onsite taking care of that work, but you're still a major part of the overal growth where you make what you produce. Pay of 28-30% of personal collections depending on experience. Also the opportunity for buy-in of 10-30% after six months if both parties feel like it is a good fit. Potentially open to earlier as well if that is a deal breaker.
Practice could easily double in 6-12 months with a few changes to operations.
