Job Description

Our 2 doctor private practice is looking for an experienced hygienist to join our patient focused team. Building relationships with your patients and helping them improve their oral health and overall health through education and individualized care is part of our mission. Applicants must be self-motivated team players that are willing to help in all areas of the dental practice, making recare phone calls, cleaning their rooms, helping with sterilization, attending meetings and trainings. Must be willing to contribute to the growth and success of the practice through an ownership mentality. Applicants must be able to recognize the clinical signs of periodontal disease and with excellent verbal skills and empathy be able to help patients understand their disease and their various treatment options. Laser Certification and experience is a plus. Must use magnification loupes and light. EagleSoft experience is a plus.
