Compensation based pay with minimum guarantee.
No HMO or DMO or Access. Some cash and mostly PPO.
6 ops with 2 more plumbed and ready to go.
Can build into possibly 5 days per week if desired.
Full benefits including 401K. Doctor willing to discuss phased buy out.
