Our office is seeking an amazing, outgoing friendly front office professional to join our amazing practice. Our fast paced office requires someone who can successfully multitask and still keep focus on excellent customer service.
The perfect candidate for the position must have a great personality, computer experience, be detail oriented, motivated, organized, a self-starter, professional and someone that takes direction well and learns quickly.
Duties include answering multiple phone lines, computer duties, handling payments, Insurance verification and most important... EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!. Experience in the orthodontic field is a plus but we are willing to train the right person.
