Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable, punctual, detail-oriented team member with a stellar personality, great communication skills, and a passion for helping people to join our orthodontic family. You will work in a fast-paced and fun environment where you will be a part of helping us create beautiful smiles everyday! Computer skills are a must! We only see patients 3days/ week and work a 4th day as a prep day. Rarely work Fridays. Primary responsibilities will included: Greeting patients and checking them in Scheduling follow up visits Make phone calls Multi-Tasking requests from doctor Emailing information and other front desk duties.
