We are a family-oriented oral surgery practice seeking a Billing Specialist/ Front Office Team Member.
Who We Are
Dr. Peter Nelson, our fearless surgeon, has an excellent chair side manner, and encourages all team members to focus on kind and caring patient care in all interactions.
Who We're Looking For
We aim to find a team player who understands the complexities of working with insurance companies and can also be flexible and assist the front office. Excellent phone and customer service skills are a must. Duties would include reading and entering EOB's, determining adjustments, preparing treatment plans, following up with patients on outstanding balances, etc. in addition to answering phones, checking in patients, and confirming paperwork.
*Note: all team members work 4 days a week, although we are open six days a week
