Our practice has an established history in the North Scottsdale area. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service that is genuine and delivered with a personal touch. Clearly understanding patient needs, acknowledgement of patient milestones and awareness that no two patients are the same are the cornerstones of our practice philosophy.
What is most important about the person we hire?
- Attention to detail and a focused mind set are important for this position
- Works quickly and efficiently using critical thinking skills
- Able to stay on task, follow specific instructions and find solutions to challenges
- Comfortable providing oral hygiene and post operative care instructions
- Keep dental stations and rooms clean and well stocked
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records to ensure a consistent and safe patient experience
- Experience working with oral conscious sedation
- Well organized and reliable
- A great attitude, a strong work ethic and loves to laugh!
We require at least 1 year of dental assisting experience. Experience working in a pediatric dental office is helpful but the attributes listed above are truly our first priorities.
This is a full time position 7 am – 5 pm Monday through Thursday.
