Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team. We are looking for an individual with good skills in billing , treatment planning, collection and insurance eligibility which is the main part of the position. knowledge of answering calls and making appointments is the secondary part of the position.
Who We Are
We are a private established general and cosmetic practice in West Los Angeles. We do lots of quality dentistry and have a population of amazing patients. We are providers for many PPO insurances.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a loyal team member who is highly organized and has 3-5 years of exp. in field of dentistry. They must have knowledge of billing and insurance, dental terminology, collection and good communication skills.
Responsibilities
preparing the charts and treatment plans ready for the next day, checking eligibility, billing and preauthorization, communication and answering calls and lastly making appointments.
