Job Description

Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Caring and friendly customer driven periodontal practice

Who We're Looking For
Passionate and enthusiastic, well manner front desk receptionist

Responsibilities
Prepare patient charts daily; treatment documents, consents, HIPAA, compliance forms in place, updated information.

Check messages from previous day
Pending Treatment follow up and weekly communication with unaccepted or unscheduled treatment plans
All Treatment Plans will be in software and schedule appointments from treatment plan
Maintain accuracy and consistency with report notification and communications with referring doctors.
Work with referring doctors and teams.
Must be computer literate specially in Dentrix Dental Software
Must have EXCELLENT VERBAL COMMUNICATION Skills
• Bi-lingual preferred (English/Spanish)
