Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a new member of our team who is personable, proactive, and detail-oriented. Someone with knowledge about dental treatment, dental insurance and claims processing is preferred. We would like a candidate who is adaptable, communicative, and open to growing with our practice. The ideal candidate would be compassionate towards patients and pragmatic with finances.

Responsibilities

Greet and intake patients.
Manage incoming calls, emails, texts and claims.
Manage the schedule for one dentist and up to two hygienists.
Verify insurance, confirm, move and cancel appointments.
Anticipate and collect estimated patient portion for services rendered. Help create and present treatment plans, as needed.
Help patients determine a plan to pay for their treatment. Aid in setting them up with an in-house or third-party financing plan.
Record/input claim payments, send claim responses and finalize patient account balances in a time-sensitive manner.
Send balance statements and issue patient refunds.
Record collection attempts and pass cases onto third-party collection when maximum attempts have been reached.
