Responsibilities

Check patients in and out, accurate insurance verifications, calculate patient co-pay on insurance, and collect amount due.  Answer phones with a smile and desire to capture all patients, have fun, and demonstrate a "Can-do" approach to front desk problem solving & critical thinking skills.   A smile throughout the day is a must.
