Front Office Leader

Our beautiful Gilbert office is looking for a full time Font Office Lead.

Parkview Dental is a small general dental office that is growing and needs an experienced front office leader to continue building patient relations and oversee administrative operations.  

Front Office Lead Responsibilities Include:
-Preparing and leading daily huddle.
-Financial Reconciliation: Creating and meeting office revenue goals.
-Sending/Receiving insurance claims.
-Overseeing general scheduling by receptionist/scheduler.
-Monitoring New Patient numbers and marketing efforts.
-Treatment presentation.
-Training support staff.
-Delegation of responsibilities: Although the Lead is responsible for completion of nearly all day-to-day tasks, we expect many responsibilities are properly delegated to qualified team members. 

Schedule: The Lead position will be a 4-day per week position.
Although the office has 2 late days (10am - 7pm), it is not necessary that the Front Office Lead hours be as late as our back office finish times.  Support staff can be delegated to complete EOD tasks on late days.

Reimbursement is based upon skill level and experience and will be evaluated at interview.
