Job Responsibilities:
- Upholding quality patient care with a customer service approach to all communication (in-person, phone, text message, email)
- Treatment planning/presentation & financial discussions
- Scheduling/confirming appointments & contacting patients with unscheduled treatment.
- Updating patient personal/insurance information
- Answering phones and daily administrative duties
- Additional office duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of Dental experience preferred
- Dentrix experience is preferred
- Spanish preferred
