Front Desk/TX Coordinator/ Office Manager

We are looking for a full-time dental office manager who's able to perform treatment coordination and run the office. We are seeking a positive, hard-working, and highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills to lead our thriving team.
Should have a thorough understanding of how dental business works, both clinical and financial.

Responsibilities
• Greeting and welcoming patients
• Performing patient care consultations during visits, and educating patients on optimal treatment
• Calculating fees for treatment and securing a financial commitment from the patient
• Offer patient alternate means of payment, such as third-party financing, as applicable
• Educating patients on the health risks of not receiving proper treatment
Qualifications
• Understand how to collect AR from insurance and patients.
• 3-5 year of previous Treatment Coordinator experience, minimum
• Previous experience with PPO, Medicaid, and Culinary plans. Computer skills(Eaglesoft plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality

• English/Spanish bilingual Plus
