Job Description

We are looking for an outgoing, patient, experienced, organized Office Manager to join our one-doctor private practice. Located in beautiful Surprise, our office offers top-notch general dentistry to all-ages. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years dental experience. OpenDental software experience is a PLUS!

Your daily responsibilities will include:
Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Scan new patient forms and ID
Processing account payments
Researching account balances
Creating and presenting treatment plans
Batching claims and pre-treatment estimates
Submit daily deposit sheet and ensure numbers balance at end of day
& doing it all with a positive attitude and smile!!

We are truly looking for someone that easily relates to patients and is willing to build a relationship with each and every person!

Our clinical schedule is as follows: MWF 7-1 and TTh 12-6. You will be expected to answer the after-hours cell phone and there will be additional compensation for appointments scheduled.
