Job Description

Looking for full or part-time dentist to work in the Queen Creek area right outside of Phoenix

- High-end suburban area with significant growth potential

- Primary dentist of a PPO/FFS (Non-Medicaid) office doing annualized $1.5MM+ in collections

- Amazing long-term staff (3+ years) is staying in place to maintain patient relationships and facilitate your success

No need to worry about being under appreciated or under compensated as we have a strong track record of filling Doctor columns with production!

Practice is wholly owned by a dentist and we will be spending significant advertising dollars to drive in new insurance patients for you!

Criteria that will factor into hiring decision:

Easy bedside manner
We will promise to take care of your compensation if you take care of the best interest of the patient
If you are not Invisalign certified be interested in obtaining certification in the near term (not a heavy Ortho practice but we like to offer all services to patients)
Would be beneficial to be competent in extractions and some Endo
Prefer experienced grad (3+ years) with preference for most recent experience being in PPO and/or FFS practice

Compensation will be based on day rate, % of collections and an equity component for qualified dentist. Expected compensation will be dependent on the doctor but previous associate take home pay was north of $240k+ per year and growing.
