Front Desk needed in our dental office

We are a general dental office in Lakewood looking for a Scheduling Coordinator/ First on the phone
This is a full time position four days a week.

Key Responsibilities :

Being the first point of contact for new patients
Is willing to continually train and learn new skills; scripting and scheduling techniques
Utilizing trained verbals to increase the effectiveness of scheduling new patients
Assists current patients with scheduling needs A-Z
Maintains a block schedule to keep the practice productive and meeting goals
Confirms and screens all patient appointments prior to visit
Maintains lists of patients that need to be scheduled for hygiene appointments
Tracks and maintains reports of treatment needing to be scheduled
Motivated by individual incentives and striving for a common goal as a team
Being more than just an employee but being a part of a team/ family
Excited to work within the practices developed, thorough and efficient systems and standards

Requirements/skills:

1 year of dental experience required

Exceptional verbal skills

Ability to learn and utilize specific scripting and systems that are currently in place
Dedication to your profession and your team

Compensation will consist of a base salary plus incentives based on production scheduled and new patient number, and collections, paid vacation, 401k and medical insurance.
