Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Treatment Plan Coordinator for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

We are a high tech beautiful office with a large patient base, general dentistry and implant dentistry. Benefits offered include dental plan for self and family, paid holiday, vacation, sick pay, and monthly bonus.

 Who We're Looking For
 
 This is a full time position Monday to Friday, and compensation will be based on experiences.

 Responsibilities

-Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
-A friendly, positive demeanor with patients and dental office team members
-Great administrative organizational skills
-Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs
-Must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of dentistry and dental procedures
-Exceptional customer service skills
-Creative to handle marketing of the office and implementation of marketing ideas
-Troubleshoot and manage the technical side of the practice
-Financial coordination for patients
-Assist in the flow and organization of the office: doctors' schedule, staff
-Knowledge of Dentrix and Insurance Policies
-Knowledge of Dental implants, codes, hybrid, overdentures, bone graft, PRF, etc..
-Knowledge of third partying financing: Carecredit and Greensky
-Be willing to implement changes for the betterment of the office and staff
-Manage and meeting the office collections and productions' goal
