Dental Office Treatment Coordinator

We are looking for a highly experienced Front Office Treatment Coordinator to join our positive dental team. We are a well-established, two-doctor private practice, in a beautiful office with state-of-the-art equipment and electronic (no paper charts) records. We are looking for a mature and compassionate person to help us meet our goals, grow the practice, and allow for a harmonious environment.

Duties and Responsibilities include:
Supporting daily operations and flow
Productive scheduling to ensure practice meets set goals
Administrative support
Management of patient care with regard to coordinating
Collection on services rendered
Coordination with biller and front office team

You must have a minimum of 3 years of dental experience, be knowledgeable in all aspects of dental office scheduling and operations. Eaglesoft experience a plus!

Salary Based on experience. This is a full-time position.

Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 6:30 am-3 pm/3:30 pm depending on patient flow. Thursday 10:30 am-6:30 pm
