Dental Office Hygiene/Patient Coordinator

We are looking for a highly positive Front Office Hygiene/Patient Coordinator to join our dental team. We are a well-established, two-doctor private practice, in a beautiful office with state-of-the-art equipment and electronic (no paper charts) records. Duties and Responsibilities include:
Coordinate hygiene appointments to ensure full schedules
Call on recare to ensure retention of patients
Call on past due recall to reduce patient attrition
Send recare postcards and letters
Organized and send patient thank you letters other official correspondence
Coordination and communication of patient care with specialty offices and referrals
Support daily operations and flow
Productive scheduling to ensure practice meets set goals
Administrative support
Coordination with team

Salary Based on experience. This is a full-time position.

Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 6:30 am-3 pm/3:30 pm depending on patient flow. Thursday 10:30 am-6:30 pm
