Dentist needed in our dental office

Seeking full time dentist with excellent patient rapport and clinical skills to join our team.

Full service office from hygiene to implants. 

Fully digital CBCT, Nomads, Dexis, Trios, Medit

Applicant will be required to comprehenisvely treatment plan, perform composite restorations, crowns, bridge, molar endo, plan and place implants. Furthermore, applicant will need to be efficient with their time and able to see up to 20+ patients a day between hygiene exams, scheduled treatment, emergency patients as well as same day treatment from hygiene. 

Applicant will be working alongside 1-2 other dentists depending on day.

Office is 80% PPO 20% FFS (NO MEDICAID, HMO, DMO, MEDICARE)

Monthly collections 280-300K and growing 

Office collections % 98%+

New patients 90-120+/month

Hours:

M-TH 6am-6pm

F 7am-4pm

S 7am-2pm

 

Application Process:

CV, interview, paid working interview, acceptance of position, 90 day probation with pay without contract, final acceptance if offered position with contract.

 

Compensation:

30% collections

90 day probationary period prior to contract is daily rate or 30% of collections whichever is greater against draw.
