Front Desk needed in our dental office

This person would be responsible for answering phones, scheduling patients, creating/maintaining dental records, referrals, insurance
verification, and prior authorizations.

Overall Responsibilities:
Answer Phones / Schedule patients
Attention to detail in all aspects of dental front office
Interact with patients, doctors, co-workers and visitors in a courteous, professional manner.
Meet deadlines
Performs other duties as assigned or needed.

Desired Qualification and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in
customer service
Bi-Lingual a plus but not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Dentrix a plus.
