This position mixes a combination of Dental Hygienist, Guest Services, and Marketing/Sales. We are seeking an individual with a “retail mentality” that can bring a “How can I help you?” approach to our dental office. An outgoing and friendly personality with exceptional customer service is A MUST! Dental front office experience is required (2+ year’s minimum)!

Responsibilities

• Here are some of the duties that this position will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service (A MUST!!)
  • Excellent phone and communication skills
  • Responding to patient needs and creating a comfortable experience
  • Xray license, RDH, Laser Certification
  • Able to work well in a team environment
  • Multi-tasking
  • Educating patients about dental procedures
  • Engaging the patients in finding out what their goals are
  • Organized and self driven

Compensation

Base plus bonus.  You can make $65-100+ per hour.  No hard sells, just recommend the care that patients need and be able to communicate the value of adjunctive services.
