Our practice consists of three highly trained, experienced dentists, Carye Riley, DDS, Arthur Bodner, DDS and Jasmine Hanjrah, DDS, who have forty years of combined experience. Our practice also includes a friendly, caring and professional team of dental assistants, dental hygienists and administrative staff.

Who We're Looking For
Our office is looking for a strong Lead RDA to join our practice team. This is a high-paced office with a great long-standing reputation in the community. We are looking for an addition with good leadership qualities who feels comfortable guiding and mentoring other staff as well as set an example for the rest of the office. Must be EFDA with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Must have experience with lead duties such as scheduling, supply inventory & ordering, day to day workflow, etc. We offer a full benefits package, 401k and competitive pay.

Lead Responsibilities
In addition to normal assisting tasks, the Lead Assistant is responsible for running the clinical team including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Supply inventory & ordering

  • Scheduling 

  • Ensuring HIPPA/OSHA compliance 

  • Assist with emergencies 

  • Leading the clinical team 

  • Preparing lab cases & maintaining lab organization
