Dental Receptionist for Wagner Dental Care
The Dental Receptionist is the first point of contact for new patients/families, the familiar voice for current patients/families and an appointment coordinator. The work environment is a combination of multi-line telephone use, insurance, receptionist and scheduling coordination. This position involves assisting with the check-in processes. Gathers and records required information about patients and routes it appropriately; provides specific customer services which include, confirming health insurance coverage and individuals obligations, obtaining necessary authorizations for care, scheduling appointments, and assisting patients in the office. This position requires strong ability to multi-task and above all else, exceptional customer service skills.
Dental Receptionist 2 to 4 days per week. Hours are dependent on days working.
Ideally we need Tuesday and Thursday
We can also do Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday if more hours are desired
Days and hours are flexible :)
Job Type: Full-time/ Part-time
Pay: $18-$26/ hr depending on experience
