2. **Treatment Presentation**: - Present treatment plans to patients, explaining procedures, costs, and payment options. - Answer patient questions regarding treatment options, financing, and insurance coverage.
3. **Patient Communication**: - Communicate with patients regarding appointment reminders, follow-ups, and treatment updates. - Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues related to appointments or billing.
4. **Billing and Insurance**: - Assist with patient insurance verification and billing. - Process payments, file insurance claims, and follow up on outstanding claims.
5. **Administrative Support**: - Maintain patient records, including updating health histories and treatment plans in Dentrix. - Assist with general office duties, such as answering phones, greeting patients, and maintaining a clean reception area.
