Canyon Vista Dental Care is growing quickly! We are looking for a passionate, smiling, hard-working, trustworthy, warm and friendly Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our wonderful team. We are committed to providing excellent dental care and quality customer service to our patients with the best dental care possible, and are looking for someone just as passionate as we are. We are looking for someone who: *can verify patient’s insurance benefits and send dental claims with all pertinent attachments to ensure prompt payment *can understand dental insurance and be able to explain it in a way the patient can understand *can present accurate treatment plans and help patients understand the necessity of the treatment * is able to go over large treatment cases and offer appropriate financing options * is a team player * desires to provide outstanding patient care and is willing to call patients who have unscheduled treatment and hygiene care on a daily basis *is detail oriented and can maintain good financial practices, account balances and financial reporting *is flexible and understands that your job duties may change from time to time and that you may be asked to “help out” in other areas of the office *excels in forward thinking in order to anticipate the needs of the doctor as well as the practice as a whole *demonstrates excellent communication skills *At least one year of Dentrix and Dental Treatment Planning is required If you feel like this is you, then we want you apart of our amazing team!
